How long will it take to repair my device?
Most common repairs, such as broken screens, battery replacements, charging ports, camera replacements, and speakers, typically take 30-45 minutes to complete, subject to stock availability. Logic board repairs, however, are estimated to take 3-5 business days and, in some cases, may take up to two weeks.
Do you provide any warranty on repairs?
Yes, we provide 03 months warranty on all our repairs and If the same problem occurs during the warranty period we will assess the device to see If the same
problem has occurred and we will cover it under warranty at no cost. The warranty doesn’t cover Physical/Liquid damage, wilful damage, or third-party attempted repair.
What Parts do you use for the repair?
We use premium high quality parts for repairs.

What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Australian major debit/Credit cards in-store, in person you can also pay by cash.
Do I lose my data from the device?
Unless it is required to remove information as part of the repair, we make every effort to keep it. These repairs typically include liquid damage or software issues. When you bring in your device, please let us know if your data is especially valuable.
